Sound healing is another beautiful part of my journey. I love participating in and creating sound bath experiences because sound has a powerful way of helping us slow down, release, reconnect, and return to ourselves. When life becomes overwhelming, grounding ourselves can be one of the greatest gifts we can give our mind, body, and spirit.

I also share a profound spiritual connection with Egypt, Orion, and the star Sirius. Throughout my journey, I have sometimes felt guided to visit particular sacred and spiritual places. These experiences have brought me closer to understanding my own path and have continued to deepen my connection to the mysteries of the universe.
